ウ?ィーカ?ンフルーツサント?専門店などを展開するfruits and seasonが、新業態としてヴィーガンタルト専門店「ソー タルト（SO TARTE）」を表参道と代々木上原に出店する。オープン日は共に6月17日。
ソー タルトは、恵比寿のヴィーガンフルーツサント?専門店「フルーツアンドシーズン（fruits and season）」で昨年秋から販売していたヴィーガンタルトが好評だったことを受け、新業態としての展開を決めたという。店名には、食の制限や志向を超えて誰もか?楽しめる真のタルト、みんなのタルトを提供したいという思いが込められている。

店舗には、ヴィーガン対応や旬のフルーツの使用、テイクアウトやギフトにぴったりというフルーツアンドシーズンの特徴はそのままに、焼きやすく割れにくいタルト生地を実現するための「グルテンフリー」や、イートインでタルトやドリンクが楽しめる「カフェ」の要素をプラス。タルトは、8、18、24cmの3サイズで、ドリンクは系列店である「ヘイガンオーガニックコーヒー（HAGAN ORGANIC COFFEE）」のコーヒーや、下北沢のイタリアン「クオーレ? フォルテ（Cuore Forte）」のオーナーがセレクトしたナチュラルワインなどを用意する。
