「ビルケンシュトック（BIRKENSTOCK）」のコラボレーションライン「ビルケンシュトック 1774（BIRKENSTOCK 1774）」が、コペンハーゲン発のホームウェアブランド「テクラ（TEKLA）」との初となるコラボアイテムを10月12日に発売する。ビルケンシュトック 1774の公式オンラインストアおよびビルケンシュトックの原宿コンセプトストアで取り扱う。

コラボでは、両ブランド共通の価値である「クラフトマンシップ」と「高品質」を反映し、「心の振り返りや安らぎを求める理念」から着想を得たフットウェアとスリープウェアを展開。ビルケンシュトックがアパレルアイテムを、テクラがフットウェアを発売するのは今回が初となる。
フットウェアコレクションは、ビルケンシュトック定番のクロッグ「Nagoya」（7万8100円）とサンダル「Uji」（7万3700円）の2型を揃え、ハンドステッチのディテールやシアリング素材を重ねたコルクフットベッドなど、通常モデルにはない高級感のある仕様にアップデートして製作。テクラならではの「色に浸した」ようなニュアンスのあるスレート、ストロー、モーヴ、パウダーの4色を各モデルでラインナップする。
スリープウェアコレクションは、カフタンドレス（5万600円）やストレートヘムとスタンドカラーが特徴のロングスリーブシャツ（3万1900円）、シングルプリーツでボリューム感を出したパンツ（2万7500円）、ショートパンツ（2万3100円／全て税込）の計4型を展開。いずれもテクラのクラシックなデザインを進化させつつ、素材には軽くて肌ざわりの良いコットンポプリンを使用した。それぞれスレート、モーヴストライプ、ウィートストライプの3色を揃え、オーバーサイズのユニセックスフィットでXXSからXLサイズまで用意する。
