「ビューティフルピープル（beautiful people）」が、「アルファ インダストリーズ（ALPHA INDUSTRIES）」とコラボレーションしたモッズコート「Alpha double-end c／n 4way mods coat」を発売する。現在、ビューティフルピープル公式オンラインストアで先行予約を受け付けており、9月14日からビューティフルピープル直営店舗で取り扱う。価格は10万6700円。
モッズコートは、上下をひっくり返すことで新しい機能やフォルムが生まれるというビューティフルピープルのデザインコンセプト「ダブル エンド（DOUBLE-END）」から着想を得て製作。上と下、裏と表をひっくり返すことにより、4通りの着方を楽しめる仕様となっている。

デザインモチーフには、米軍で使用されていた「M-65ジャケット」「M-65コート」「B-43フライトジャケット」「AL-1フライトジャケット」のミリタリーアウター4型を採用。M-65コート仕様から上下反転することでB-43フライトジャケット仕様に変化し、それをインサイドアウトすることでAL-1フライトジャケット仕様に、更に上下反転することでM-65ジャケット仕様が現れる。ボディには軽量で速乾性のあるナイロンポプリン素材を使用し、ブラックとチャコールグレーの2色で配色した。サイズは34から42までの5サイズを揃える。
