「ビームス（BEAMS）」が、「ティンバーランド（Timberland）」に別注した「フィールドブーツ（Field Boots）」を発売する。10月11日から、全国のビームスレーベル取扱店舗とビームスの公式オンラインストアで販売し、17日からティンバーランド ブティックトウキョウ、20日からティンバーランド公式オンラインストアでも扱う。ビームス メン 渋谷では、同モデルをイメージした特別コーナーも設ける。

別注モデルのベースとなったフィールドブーツは、ティンバーランドが1983年に発売。当時主流だったヨーロッパのハイキングシューズの要素を取り入れてスニーカーのような軽量ソールを採用しており、ブランドを代表するアウトドアシューズとなっている。
今回の別注では、ティンバーランドのアイコンである「イエローブーツ」と同じウィートカラーのヌバックレザーをアッパーに使用した。「GORE-TEX?」も搭載することで、高い防水透湿性も実現。発熱機能性中綿の「プリマロフト? インサレーション」、歩行時の衝撃を吸収する「アンチファティーグテクノロジー」も備えている。
インソールとネームプレートには、ビームスとティンバーランド双方のロゴを配した。価格は3万1900円で、US7?12インチまで計10サイズを揃える。
